Job description We are looking for a provider to fill this locum position in Wisconsin.
  • Start Date: Dec 1, 2025
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Scheduled Clinic Hours plus Call
  • EMR System: Epic
  • Outpatient and Inpatient

Qualifications

-Board Certified
-Licensed in WI or IMLC
-ACLS and BLS
-Fellowship preferred

Working Hours

Provider will need to see clinic patients Monday 0800-1700 (1200 -1300 lunch) Tues would be a surgery day. Wednesday would be clinic from 0800-1700 (1200-1300 lunch) Thurs would be 0800 - 1700 (1200 - 1300 lunch) Friday would be a surgery day. Provider must be able to do all "bread and butter" ENT procedures. We have 2 audiologists in the clinic, capabilities to do some procedures in the clinic. Provider will need to take 1-3 call (10 days per month).
