Qualifications
-Licensed in CA
-Fellowship preferred
-BLS Required
-REQUIREMENT: PROVIDER MUST HAVE 50 CASE LOGS WITHIN THE PAST 24 MONTHS
-PROVIDER MUST WORK THE FULL STRETCH OF OPEN DATES, PARTIAL DATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
