ENT (Otolaryngology) Opportunity in Mississippi


A healthcare organization in Mississippi is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join an underserved market with immediate patient demand. This is a strong opportunity for an ENT physician who wants autonomy, dedicated surgical access, and the ability to build a comprehensive practice with long-term growth potential. With a full-scope general ENT practice, flexible scheduling, and leadership upside, this role provides the chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.


Practice Overview

  • Full-scope general otolaryngology with optional facial trauma coverage
  • Outpatient clinic with dedicated OR blocks for surgical cases
  • Opportunity to develop allergy and audiology services over time
  • Strong referral base with immediate patient volume

Schedule

  • Full-time schedule, 4.5 days per week
  • Dedicated OR blocks (3-4 hours, multiple days per week)
  • Flexible clinic and procedural time allocation
  • Manageable call schedule supporting work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

  • $650,000 Base salary aligned with 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks
  • $75,000 Signing bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and more

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure
