🩺 ENT Specialist – $750K/Year | Full-Time in Ohio | Sign-On, Relocation, Stipend, Productivity Bonus & More!

📌 Position Overview:

The ENT Specialist will:
✅ Deliver comprehensive ENT care to a large referral base
✅ See 20–30 patients per day in clinic
✅ Perform surgeries at:
 • Blanchard Valley Hospital
 • Bluffton Hospital
 • Findlay Surgery Center
✅ Utilize four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots with Table Motion
✅ Collaborate with onsite audiology and specialties like Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery
✅ Practice in a team-based model with APPs and hospitalists
✅ Take backup call only (APPs handle primary call)
✅ Work in a collegial, wellness-focused culture
✅ Influence schedule, patient volume, and practice model
✅ Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and educational tools
✅ Optional teaching of medical and advanced practice trainees

💵 Compensation & Benefits:

• 💰 Base Salary: Up to $750,000/year

✔️ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years, planning to test) – REQUIRED
✔️ Ohio license or willing to obtain – REQUIRED
✔️ Date of last communication with candidate – REQUIRED
