A leading multi-specialty medical group in Texarkana, TX is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join an established and growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity to build a comprehensive ENT service line in a vibrant and diverse East Texas community.
Job Responsibilities
Opportunity to build and grow a full-spectrum ENT practice
Subspecialty interests and clinical fellowship training are welcomed but not required
Serve a broad and expanding patient base in a supportive, community-based setting
Qualifications
Unrestricted Texas Medical License (or eligibility prior to start date)
Strong interpersonal skills with commitment to patient-centered care
Interest in both general ENT and optional subspecialty areas
Working Hours
No required weekend or after-hours call
Structured schedule supporting work-life balance
Skills
Effective team collaboration and communication
Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation
