Opportunity: Board Certified - Otolaryngologist

This is a full-time locum to permanent position for an experienced Otolaryngologist to join a well-established practice serving Central Iowa including Boone County, Indianola, and Pleasant Hill as outreach areas.

Job Details:

• Patient contact hours: 36 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
• Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Inpatient and clinic coverage (Hospital coverage in Des Moines, clinic coverage in Clive)
• OR/Procedure time available and scheduled as needed
• Provider to nurse ratio: 1:1
• Ancillary staff per provider: 1:1
• 2-3 exam rooms per provider
• Full spectrum of ENT services provided in the practice
• Medical imaging, lab, and pharmacy services available in the building
• High-volume practice with 30+ patients daily
• 15-minute appointment length
• Teaching opportunities available
• EPIC EMR system
• On-call responsibilities included in the schedule
• Weekend coverage as needed
• Must have active Iowa license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice insurance included. Full benefits package available upon conversion to permanent position.
