Practice Highlights:
- General ENT with strong community demand and retiring provider's patient panel
- Hospital ranked Top 100 nationally for 9 consecutive years
- 4-day workweek with very light call obligations
- Oversee integrated Audiology and Allergy services, including immunotherapy
- Dedicated PA for in-clinic support to focus on surgery
- Employed position through a physician-led, nonprofit group
- Base salary: $550,000 with RVU production model
- 6 weeks of PTO + comprehensive benefits package
