Seeking BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join thriving ENT practice in Marshall, MI.
Overview:
Join a well-established team including 2 physicians, 1 advanced practice provider, an audiologist, and an audiology technician
Strong clinical and administrative support team with on-site management
Hospital-employed role with 36 hours of patient care and 4 hours of administrative time weekly
Light 1:2 call schedule
Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary for the first 2 years with eligibility for performance-based physician compensation plan
