Position Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a growing multi-specialty group in Quincy, IL. With more than 60 primary care providers within the Blessing Health System providing referrals, this opportunity offers strong patient volume and the ability to quickly build a robust practice.
Practice/Position Highlights:
Outpatient clinic schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
1:4 call rotation
Audiologist on-site
Lab and imaging services available on-site
Experienced clinical and administrative support team
Strong referral network from a large primary care base
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary:
- $479,000/year for new graduates
- $520,000/year for candidates with 3+ years of experience
Productivity incentive bonus plan based on wRVUs
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Malpractice coverage with tail
