Job Responsibilities

Practice Information:
In-house audiology
Advanced Practice Provider support in clinic
Multidisciplinary clinic building, including an ambulatory surgery center, pediatrics, and primary care
Dedicated office suite and staff
Large referral group
Head and neck
Cancers
Epic EHR

Qualifications

Education/Training Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Otolaryngology.

Certification
Current certification in Otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology or in
Otolaryngology by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology or its
equivalent. Board certification must be achieved within five years of being admissible to take the
exam.

Clinical Experience (Initial)
Applicant must provide documentation of provision of otolaryngology services (100 cases) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous year (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year)

Working Hours

Monday - Friday with call
