$460K Base + Production | $800K+ Earning Potential | $50K Sign-On Bonus

A high-earning ENT opportunity in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Arkansas.

An established practice in Northwest Arkansas is looking for a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a collaborative team and enjoy the best of both worlds: a rewarding clinical practice and a lifestyle built around the outdoors.

A Well-Supported ENT Practice

Join an established team that includes:

  • 1 Otolaryngology Physician
  • 1 Allergy/Immunology Physician
  • 2 APPs
  • 1 Audiologist

The practice is primarily outpatient, with 1–2 OR days per week, giving you a balanced mix of clinical and surgical care.

The clinic is equipped with an onsite CT scanner, providing convenient access to advanced diagnostics.

A Schedule Designed for Balance

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Approximately 10 days of call per month
  • 1–2 OR days per week
  • Primarily outpatient practice

You'll care for patients of all ages, with a higher volume of pediatric surgical cases involving healthy children age 2+.

A Compensation Package Worth Talking About

  • $460,000 base salary + production
  • $800,000+ earning potential
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits

Trade the Traffic for the Mountains

This is where Arkansas really shines.

Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas, this community offers the kind of outdoor lifestyle that's increasingly difficult to find. With two major lakes and a renowned trout river nearby, weekends can look very different here.

Fish before breakfast. Take the boat out after work. Spend Saturday hiking the Ozarks.

The community itself is safe, welcoming, and family-friendly, with strong schools, a lower cost of living, locally owned shops and restaurants, and the relaxed pace that comes with small-town mountain living.

It's an opportunity to build a successful ENT practice while having more room, more recreation, and more time to enjoy where you live.

Come for the Career. Stay for the Ozarks.
