Overview:
* Private practice opportunity with partnership track
* Hiring due to high patient demand
* High-volume practice with strong referral base
* Current patient demand with ~3-month waitlist for new patients
* Mix of clinic and surgical responsibilities (office and hospital-based)
* Opportunity to perform and expand in-office procedures
* Investment opportunity in new surgery center, which opened in 2026
* Flexible practice scope - general ENT or subspecialty focus (laryngology, rhinology, otology)
* 5-day work week with OR time and optional Saturday clinic (1/month)
* Shared call (hospital and office)
* No requirement to supervise staff
