Practice Highlights
• Hit the ground running with experienced support staff, established referral patterns, and a fast ramp-up
• Cover one hospital with dedicated OR block time and access to additional surgical time as needed
• Work with advanced equipment including video towers, sinus navigation systems, NIM technology, laryngoscopy equipment, and modern ENT instrumentation
• Step into leadership with a Medical Director title
• Enjoy health system backing with no buy-in, no overhead, and no billing, staffing, or EHR contracts to manage
• Rely on a full clinical support team including dedicated MAs, audiology services, centralized scheduling, referral coordination, and growing APP support
