**ENT opportunity in Merced, California**
Located 40 miles from Modesto, CA; 130 miles from San Francisco, CA; 115 miles from San Jose
**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Strong community need for General ENT
- The group is seeking candidates who want a broad focus for both general ENT and advanced
- The group is in a smaller community, and they are ideally looking for someone who does general specialty work and would want to help to develop a future program to be able to do more advanced cases.
- Hospital has robot - da Vinci XI
- No formal call schedule - Availability Response call. Candidate can choose to assign themselves days to accept call. $650 per call encounter (up to 2 in one night).
**2 employment options:**
1) Employment through hospital's medical foundation
- Compensation to be discussed with group
- Relocation
- Sign-on bonus (10% of salary)
- productivity bonuses (RVU-based)
2) Contact loan agreement with local ENT practice - affiliated with hospital
- The hired physician will be given support to build practice and patient base
- $525,000 Salary, 18 month income guarantee - guaranteed by hospital
- Production bonuses
- 52k sign
- 25k relocation
- Paid start up fees (consultant team will be hired on for this - paid for by hospital)
- Hospital will pay overhead expenses (first 18 moths)
- 3.5 year loan forgiveness period (must stay for 18 months)
