Locums Pediatric ENT – Peoria, Illinois
Position Overview
Specialty: Pediatric ENT Location: Peoria, Illinois Start Date: December 11, 2026 Estimated Shifts: 7 shifts/month Trauma Level: Level I Pediatric Trauma Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible Experience: Minimum 1 year EMR: Epic
Licensure & CertificationsIllinois License: Required to apply IMLC: Candidates with IMLC are accepted
Required:
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- DEA
- CSR License
Daily Shifts: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Night Call: 4:30 PM–8:00 AM Weekend Call: 24-hour call, 8:00 AM–8:00 AM
Important: Providers are expected to take call throughout their daily shifts. Schedule times may vary based on facility needs.
Practice Setting- Coverage at Pediatric ENT Clinic
- Dedicated pediatric ENT team with 2 attending ENT surgeons and 2 experienced PAs
- Coverage is primarily as-needed to fill service gaps and provider PTO
- Approximately 15–20 patients per day
- Candidate will not work solo
- Tonsillectomy
- Adenoidectomy
- Myringotomy with ventilation tube insertion
- Septal cauterization
- Frenulectomy
- Foreign body removal
- Abscess drainage
- Myringoplasty
- Laryngoscopy
