Setting: Private Practice / Outpatient Dental Clinic
Location :- Montgomery County, OH
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and clinically confident General Dentist to join a well-established, patient-focused dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a strong patient base, modern technology, and a supportive team environment, with potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry care
Perform restorative procedures, surgical extractions, and molar endodontics
Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and ethically
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff
Build long-term patient relationships through excellent chairside manner
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
Active state dental license (or eligible)
DEA license (or ability to obtain)
Experience with surgical extractions and endodontics preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation :- 300K- 350K Annually
High earning potential with production-based incentives
Daily guarantee (initial period)
