We are seeking a full-time, onsite Functional Medicine Physician who is passionate about root-cause medicine, regenerative therapies, and optimizing human performance.

Position Overview

This is an onsite, full-time clinical role focused on comprehensive functional medicine, regenerative medicine integration, and hormone optimization for health and performance. You’ll work with complex, motivated patients in a collaborative, well-supported environment with manageable patient volumes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive functional medicine evaluations to identify root causes of chronic and complex conditions

• Order and interpret advanced diagnostics, including:

  • DUTCH, GI-MAP, OAT

  • Genova panels

  • Genomics and hormone testing

• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating:

  • Nutrition and supplementation

  • Detoxification protocols

  • Lifestyle and behavioral interventions

• Provide hormone optimization and performance-focused hormone therapy for patients seeking improved vitality, longevity, and physical performance

• Participate in and support regenerative medicine treatments, including integration with stem cell therapies, biologics, and recovery-based protocols

• Provide integrative support for oncology patients to optimize immune function and mitigate treatment side effects

• Collaborate closely with nutritionists, health coaches, and regenerative medicine providers

• Educate and empower patients through longitudinal care and follow-up

• Participate in peer case reviews, ongoing education, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialty

• Formal training or certification in Functional Medicine (IFM, A4M, or equivalent)

• Experience with advanced diagnostics and systems biology

• Comfort managing hormone optimization and performance medicine

• Interest or experience in regenerative medicine strongly preferred

• Active Wyoming medical license or ability to obtain

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 base salary

• $30,000 sign-on bonus

• Malpractice coverage: $1M / $3M
