Compensation: $240,000–$318,000 base + performance incentives

The Opportunity

Hoskinson Health is launching a new, cash-pay Integrative & Regenerative Medicine service line and is seeking a physician leader with a strong working knowledge of regenerative medicine—particularly stem cell therapies—to serve as Medical Director.

This is not a traditional clinical role. You will lead, design, and grow a premium program focused on longevity, cellular optimization, and advanced alternative therapies, operating outside the constraints of insurance-based medicine.

This role is open to physicians of any specialty (MD or DO) who possess the clinical expertise, regenerative skill set, and entrepreneurial mindset required to build and lead a high-impact program.

Key Responsibilities

Medical & Program Leadership

• Serve as Medical Director for the integrative and regenerative service line

• Oversee protocol development, clinical quality, and patient safety

• Establish best practices for regenerative therapies, including stem cell-based treatments

Advanced Patient Care

• Conduct comprehensive, individualized consultations focused on longevity, function, and cellular health

• Design customized treatment plans addressing root causes of disease and performance decline

Regenerative & Integrative Therapies

• Lead and oversee Stem Cell therapies under the Right to Try Act, ensuring compliance and best clinical practices

• Maintain a strong working knowledge of stem cell sourcing, mechanisms, indications, risks, and patient selection

• Design and manage multi-modal treatment plans incorporating:

  • • Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)

    • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)

  • High-dose IV nutrients & NAD+

  • Red light therapy & acupuncture

Patient Education & Value Communication

• Confidently discuss regenerative options and cash-pay treatment plans with patients

• Clearly articulate risks, benefits, expectations, and ROI of advanced therapies

• Serve as a trusted advocate for patients seeking alternatives to conventional care

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a Physician-Entrepreneur with:

• Strong working knowledge and hands-on familiarity with stem cell therapies

• Experience or advanced training in integrative, functional, or regenerative medicine

• Comfort leading discussions around high-touch, cash-pay services

• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach

• A pioneering mindset eager to build and scale a program from the ground up

• MD or DO with an unrestricted Wyoming license (or ability to obtain one)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $240,000 – $318,000

• Performance Incentives: Growth-based upside

• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000

• Relocation Assistance: $20,000
