Local Hospital is employing an Orthopaedic Surgeon for a brand new practice. This will be a General Ortho practice, but an interest in Sports Medicine is welcome and could be built up to 25% of the practice with the local High Schools in the area if desired. Also someone with an interest in knee and hip replacements would be ideal as well.
The Primary Care base has indicated a strong need for an Ortho presence in the community and will fully support the new Ortho with referrals.
The office will be on campus of the Medical Center, and will be the only facility you will cover.
We will offer an extremely competitive starting salary to the incoming physician, with a full and extensive benefit package, relocation, sign on bonus, and much more.
The Hospital offers the latest in technology in a quiet hometown atmosphere. The medical staff consists of 140 physicians covering 22 specialties.
The community is located less than 20 miles from the city of Lexington in the heart of the Bluegrass Region.
