Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4:30 PM
No Call / No Weekends
Seeking BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon
Fellowship Training Preferred
Overview:
* Join an established Orthopedic Surgery practice serving Kingman and surrounding Northwest Arizona communities
* Provide comprehensive Orthopedic Surgery care with an emphasis on Total Joint Replacement
* Access to newly acquired ROSA robotic-assisted Total Knee Replacement technology
* Perform a broad range of orthopedic procedures involving bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles
* Monday–Friday clinic schedule, 8 AM–4:30 PM
* No weekend responsibilities or call requirements
* Utilize advanced orthopedic surgical technology and minimally invasive techniques
* Perform arthroscopic procedures when appropriate as an alternative to traditional open surgery
* Provide surgical treatment and management of musculoskeletal injuries and degenerative joint conditions
* Collaborate with experienced Orthopedic Surgeons and multidisciplinary clinical teams
* Access to comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation services
* Practice within a healthcare system offering advanced surgical capabilities and specialty support

Comp/Benefits:
* $640,000–$800,000 annual base salary range
* RVU compensation figure of 76
* $50,000–$100,000 starting bonus, dependent on total contract value
* 20 days of PTO, negotiable
* All compensation and contract terms dependent on total contract value
