Total Package: $800,000+ Potential
Position Details
* General or subspecialty Orthopedic Surgeon opening joining an experienced, collaborative orthopedic team at a regional referral center in Vincennes, Indiana
* 3-Year guaranteed base salary transitioning to a guaranteed base plus wRVU productivity model, providing $800,000+ annual earning potential
* Optional 4-day work week available at full-time status to support sustainable work-life balance
* Dedicated block operating room time with dedicated anesthesia coverage
* Hospital OR suites and Same Day Surgery Center housed in one centralized location

Position Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient orthopedic surgical care to adult and adolescent patients
* Perform elective and acute orthopedic procedures, including joint reconstruction, trauma/fracture care, arthroscopy, and general musculoskeletal interventions
* Utilize robotic-assisted surgical platforms (Mako) for precision joint arthroplasty
* Evaluate and manage patients in the outpatient clinic setting with multidisciplinary physical therapy and rehabilitation support
* Participate in equitable orthopedic call coverage alongside established surgical team members
* Collaborate with emergency department physicians, hospitalists, and advanced practice providers to ensure high-quality care continuity
Candidate Qualifications
* Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery by the ABOS or AOBOS
* Active, unrestricted Indiana state medical license (or eligible to obtain)
* Valid DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
* General orthopedists and fellowship-trained subspecialists welcome to apply

* Strong clinical and surgical abilities with a team-focused, patient-centered approach
