Located in West Burlington, IA; Mt. Pleasant 25m; Davenport 80m
Overview
* An independent regional health system is recruiting a full time BC/BE orthopedic surgeon to join an established practice
* Group includes 4 fellowship trained orthopedic surgeons, 4 podiatrists and 5 PAs
* Strong referral network across a multi-state service area with limited local competition
* 20 to 25 average daily patient volume with a diverse case mix
* Dedicated OR block time and an experienced OR team
* 7 required call days per month, including one weekend
* Burlington is on the Mississippi River with a low cost of living, good schools and outdoor recreation
Qualifications
* Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery, MD or DO
* Iowa medical license or eligibility to obtain
Compensation & Benefits
* $875,000 guaranteed annual compensation with productivity bonus
* $100,000 commencement bonus
* Relocation assistance and loan repayment
* Seven weeks paid time off
