An expanding hospital-employed orthopedic team in the Quad Cities (Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois) is seeking a BC/BE General Orthopedic Surgeon. Make an immediate impact while building a long-term practice.
Practice Details:
• Full spectrum of general orthopedics: fractures, sports injuries, joint conditions, arthroscopy and elective procedures
• Dedicated OR time and APP support
• Shared evening and weekend call 1:8
• Regional trauma center with strong multispecialty support
• Open to graduating residents/fellows and experienced surgeons
Compensation & Benefits:
• 2-year guaranteed salary of $735K+, with production above wRVU threshold
• Straight production from year 3 – $1M+ potential
• $100,000 recruitment incentive; relocation up to $15,000
• 4 weeks PTO, 1 week CME, 6 paid holidays; $6,000 CME
• Day-one medical, dental, vision, life, disability
• 401(k) with match + 457(b); malpractice; PSLF eligible

Job Responsibilities
• Manage fractures, sports injuries and joint conditions
• Perform arthroscopy and elective orthopedic surgery
• Participate in 1:8 evening/weekend call
• Build and grow a general orthopedic practice
Qualifications
• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Active Iowa and Illinois licenses
• Visa: H-1B (cap-exempt) considered
