Overview:
Our well-established Workers’ Compensation practice in New York City is seeking an American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) board certified Orthopedic Physician to perform Workers’ Compensation, liability, and no-fault Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs). This non-operative role offers a flexible schedule of 12 days per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) for Workers’ Compensation, liability, and no-fault cases
• Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments
• Participate in phone-only depositions for case review
• Travel between locations across all five boroughs
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in New York
• American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS) board certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple locations
