General Orthopedic Surgeon opening in Stayton, OR Full-Time | Total Joint Reconstruction | 1:3 Call A growing orthopedic program in Stayton, Oregon is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon with broad orthopedic expertise to join an established multidisciplinary team. • Call schedule: 1:3

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $500,000
• Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Broad General Orthopedic Surgery expertise
• Proficiency managing acute orthopedic injuries
• Sports Medicine experience
• Experience performing adult total joint reconstruction
• Hip, knee, and shoulder arthroplasty experience
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered orthopedic care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
