Job description
A well-established sports medicine and regenerative orthopedic practice in West Los Angeles is seeking a motivated MD or DO to join its growing team. This physician will provide comprehensive musculoskeletal and sports medicine care, with an emphasis on regenerative orthopedic procedures and image-guided interventions.
The opportunity may also include potential practice ownership for the right physician, offering an opportunity to participate in the long-term growth of the practice.
Job Responsibilities
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management.
Perform ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections.
Perform bone marrow aspiration from the posterior superior iliac spine.
Utilize musculoskeletal ultrasound for assessment and image-guided procedures.
Educate patients regarding treatment options, procedures, and follow-up.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members.
Maintain appropriate clinical documentation, patient safety, and professional standards.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree.
Active California medical license or eligibility for California licensure.
Strong clinical and communication skills.
Commitment to patient-centered, ethical clinical care.
Preferred Qualifications
Sports medicine, orthopedics, PM&R, regenerative medicine, or related background.
Experience with musculoskeletal ultrasound.
Experience performing ultrasound-guided injections.
Experience with bone marrow aspiration procedures.
Previous experience in a sports medicine, regenerative medicine, or orthopedic practice.
