Med Ninjas is seeking a Orthopedic Surgery Physician for long term permanent coverage at a inpatient/outpatient facility located in Ashtabula, Ohio
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from Open Start Date
This assignment includes outpatient clinic, onsite hospital coverage, orthopedic surgical blocks, and on call 10 days per month.
Permanent Orthopedic Surgery Physician
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM + On Call
Start Date: Open
End Date: Permanent
Position Details:
Patient Population: 100% adult patient population
Setting: Outpatient Clinic, Hospital, and Surgical Blocks
Responsibilities: Orthopedic outpatient clinic care, hospital coverage, surgical blocks, and on-call coverage
Required Procedures: Arthritis, Bursitis, Dislocation, Joint Pain, Joint Swelling or Inflammation, Ligament Tears, Bunions, Fasciitis, Foot and Ankle Deformities, Fractures, Joint Pain and Arthritis, Separation, Torn Labrum, SLAP Tears, Corticosteroid Injections, Hyaluronic Acid Injection, Frozen Shoulder/Adhesive Capsulitis, Impingement Syndrome, Loose or Foreign Bodies, Rotator Cuff Tear, Bone Deformities, Bone Infections, Bone Tumors, Need for Amputation, Nonunions, Malunions, Injury to the Spine, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Ganglion Cyst, Tendinitis, Tendon Tears, Infection, Dislocation of the Kneecap, Cartilage and Meniscus Injuries, Tennis or Golfer's Elbow
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 1 Nurse and 1 Receptionist; onsite Lab and X-Ray
Days Per Month: Monday–Friday
On-Call/Weekends: On Call 10 days per month

Requirements
- Board Eligible within 5 years of eligibility or Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery – REQUIRED
- Ohio license or willing to obtain – REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS or willing to obtain – REQUIRED
- Required experience with listed orthopedic procedures
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days – REQUIRED
- Open to H1B visa candidates
