WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a skilled orthopedic surgeon to join a physician-owned and managed practice in New York City. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with the potential for professional growth and financial reward. The role involves working across multiple clinical locations and ambulatory surgery centers, providing both specialized and general orthopedic care. The practice is well-supported, allowing the surgeon to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide orthopedic care across multiple clinical locations and ambulatory surgery centers in New York City.
- Treat workplace injuries and manage cases referred through various insurance networks.
- Hold clinical hours in multiple offices to maximize patient contact and care.
- Perform general and specialized orthopedic surgeries, with scheduled OR days initially one every other week, increasing to two as patient volume grows.
- Collaborate with a robust support system, including marketing, back-office, and business operations, to ensure a focus on patient care.
Requirements
- NYS License, CSR, DEA preferred, but not required.
- NJ License, CSR, DEA preferred, but not required.
- Current or willingness to obtain Workers' Compensation Certification.
