Clinical Details:
Available within 30 minutes when called, per Colorado Level III Trauma guidelines
General Orthopedic Surgery scope of care
Patient population: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric
Approximately 2–5 admissions/day
No dedicated support staff
Coverage needed due to gaps in coverage
Requirements:
Updated CV
NPDB Report
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Active CO license or IMLC with LOQ in hand at submission
ACLS/BLS highly preferred
Active DEA highly preferred and required for credentialing
Must be available for at least one of the listed coverage periods
Please specify the number of ongoing shifts per month you can offer
Credentialing: Approximately 30 days
Emergency Temporary Privileges: Available
