- $650,000 Guaranteed Salary
- $100,000 Sign on Bonus
- $60,000 Loan Repayment Assistance
- $35,000 Housing Stipend

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgery (ORTHO)
- General Orthopedic Surgery
- 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital
- No Trauma Designation
- 4 Day Week
- 3 Days in Clinic and 1 Day in the OR
- No Call, No Holiday, No Nights, No Weekends
- EMR: Cerner
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Orthopedic Surgery (ORTHO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
COMMUNITY Orthopedic Surgery (ORTHO)
