• Dedicated Ortho PA (first assist & clinic) + dedicated clinic RN
• 15-18 patients/day, with ~90% of referrals coming from employed primary care at 4 clinic sites

Package:
• $785K-$900K+ evergreen guaranteed base w/ annual increases
• Productivity pay: $50/wRVU from 6,000-8,000 & $80/wRVU above 8,000
• $175K student loan repayment + $50K sign-on (up to $225K, flexible if debt-free)
• $20K relocation, quality incentives, & full benefits
Minnesota Lake Country:
• Safe, family-friendly town w/ excellent schools & a close-knit feel
• Affordable housing, low cost of living, & short commutes w/ minimal traffic
• Numerous lakes for fishing, boating, & weekends on the water
• Hunting, hiking, biking, camping, & golf close to home
• Local shopping, dining, arts, & community events year-round
• Minneapolis & Sioux Falls within a few hours for concerts & pro sports
• Welcoming Midwestern culture where you'll be valued as the community's surgeon
