A growing Texas-based orthopedic care organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Extremity Surgeon to join its expanding clinical team.

This opportunity is designed for a surgeon who enjoys a procedure-focused environment, values clinical autonomy, and is passionate about helping patients recover from acute musculoskeletal injuries.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in upper and lower extremity orthopedic conditions and experience managing injury-related cases through both surgical and non-surgical treatment approaches.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative care model focused on efficient evaluations, personalized treatment plans, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute orthopedic injuries involving upper and lower extremities.
Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating surgical and conservative approaches.
Perform extremity-focused orthopedic procedures with precision and efficiency.
Manage patient care throughout the treatment and recovery process.
Provide expert clinical recommendations and guidance.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and care partners.
Communicate effectively with patients, clinical teams, and involved stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
Stay current with advancements in orthopedic techniques and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain.
Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic extremity procedures.
Experience evaluating and treating acute injury cases.
Strong surgical and procedural skills.
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
