- Hospital-employed position
- 25 bed critical access hospital
- Congenial practice environment where everyone gets along
- Meditech EMR
- General Bread and Butter Ortho
- Join 2 full-time providers
- Income guarantee for the first 18 months, transitioning to a 70% base plus RVU;Plenty of volume to build a successful practice.
- Four Weeks Paid Vacation (160 hours), Nine Holidays, and Five Days CME
- Full hospital benefits, i.e. medical, dental, vision, disability, etc. including Cobra reimbursement during first 90 days, paid malpractice
- 401K up to 4% match to federal limit
- CME 5 days and $2,500
- Licensing and professional subscriptions $1,500
- Sign-on bonus
- Relocation assistance to hospital service area available up to $15,000
- Student Loan repayment $25,000 annually
- Great location a little over an hour east of Phoenix;85 miles from the airport
