Contract Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 hour days on call and in clinic with night and weekend call
Type of privileges- Hospital & Clinic
Setting- Inpatient
Rounding & Admissions- Yes, both
Patient Demographics- Adults & Peds
Average patients per day - Hospital 2 / Clinic 12-20
Required procedures- Ortho Trauma within scope of privileges
Require Clinical activity in past 24 months- Applicant must provide documentation (case list) of provision of clinical services (100 patients) representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Case list must include diagnosis or procedure and date, and facility where performed.
Working Solo? - Yes
Required certifications: BLS
EMR: EPIC – MUST have recent experience working in EPIC (within last six months)
