TMC Health is recruiting a BE/BC Orthopedic Total Joints Surgeon to join our growing orthopedic program at our Grant Road campus in Tucson, Arizona.
This is an exceptional opportunity for both experienced orthopedic surgeons and fellowship-trained physicians looking to build a thriving total joints practice within a respected, locally governed healthcare system. A physician-focused healthcare system supported by more than 60 primary care providers and comprehensive specialty services. Both experienced orthopedic surgeons and fellowship-trained physicians are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $715,530
- $35,000 Sign-On Bonus

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients requiring joint replacement and reconstructive procedures
Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty physicians
Participate in inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care
Support quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
Participate in call coverage responsibilities
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Total Joint or Adult Reconstructive Fellowship Training
Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
Strong patient-centered approach
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Seeking experienced Neonatologists or new fellowship graduates
Working Hours
Minimum of five days of call per month
