BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon needed to join an established orthopedic practice in Richmond, KY.
- Practice team: 1 MD, 2 PA-Cs, 4 MAs (cross-trained in x-ray and casting/bracing), 2 front office staff
- Call shared across a 5-provider community group
- Established, well-supported practice environment
- Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives (starting bonus, loan repayment, relocation, CME allowance)
- Two-year income guarantee plus productivity/quality bonuses
- PSLF-eligible employer; complimentary loan repayment advising
- EPIC EHR (Gold Star 9) with DAX ambient documentation
- Immigration support available, if needed
