About the Position
Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity – Manitowoc, Wisconsin
BayCare Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a thriving, physician-owned multi-specialty practice in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a high-volume practice with an established referral base, strong community reputation, and partnership track within one of Wisconsin's premier independent physician groups.
Position Highlights
• Established orthopedic practice with a strong patient referral base

• General Orthopedic Surgery opportunity
• Optional subspecialty interests include:
• Total Joint Arthroplasty
• Hip Arthroscopy
• Trauma
• Fellowship training welcomed but not required
• State-of-the-art clinic facility located on the shores of Lake Michigan

• Dedicated APP and clinical support staff
Call Schedule
• Shared 1:4 home call schedule
• One-hour arrival requirement
• Balanced call responsibilities among providers
Compensation & Benefits
• Compensation at approximately the 90th percentile of MGMA benchmarks
• Practice productivity in the 80th percentile of MGMA benchmarks
