QUALIFICATIONS
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Residency training in orthopaedic surgery.
• Clinical background in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in New Mexico.
• Commitment to patient-centered, team-based practice.

COMPETENCIES
• Ability to perform a range of general orthopaedic surgical procedures.
• Skill in managing outpatient clinic volumes and operative schedules.
• Effective collaboration with nursing, technical, and advanced practice staff.
• Capacity to participate in shared call responsibilities.
• Ability to support consistent clinical quality and workflow efficiency.

• Structured call rotation and coordinated administrative time.
