Full time
A progressive, patient-centered healthcare system is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible General Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing orthopedic program. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon looking to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative environment while helping shape the future of orthopedic care.
Position Highlights
• Immediate opening within an established orthopedic group
• Join a team of orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists, and podiatry providers
• Supported by 3 advanced practice clinicians and 20+ clinical/support staff
• Balanced call schedule: 1:3
• Strong hospital support with a focus on physician autonomy and collaboration
Practice Environment
• State-of-the-art facility with on-site digital X-ray and advanced imaging
• Modern operating rooms designed for complex joint reconstruction and minimally invasive procedures
• Integrated EPIC EMR for seamless care coordination
• Multidisciplinary team focused on patient-centered outcomes

Clinical Scope
• General orthopedic surgery
• Treatment of acute injuries and sports-related conditions
• Adult total joint reconstruction including hip, knee, and shoulder
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient surgical care
Qualifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Broad orthopedic skillset with focus on general orthopedics
• Experience with total joint reconstruction preferred
• Commitment to evidence-based, high-quality patient care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary starting at $500,000
• wRVU-based production bonus with uncapped earning potential
