General Orthopedic Surgery opportunity in Powderly, Kentucky offering a guaranteed 3-year base salary, $50K sign-on bonus, and immediate patient volume. Join an established, hospital-employed team with strong APP support, modern facilities, and a flexible, bread-and-butter case mix. 3-year guaranteed base salary + productivity potential. $50,000 upfront sign-on bonus. Student loan forgiveness and residency stipend available. Full benefits including health, retirement, malpractice with tail coverage. 6 weeks PTO + $6,000 annual CME allowance. Hospital-employed position with long-term stability. Established orthopedic group with 5 physicians and 5 physician assistants. Bread-and-butter orthopedic case mix. Immediate patient volume with strong demand. Practice split between modern outpatient clinic and hospital OR. State-of-the-art outpatient clinic facilities. Dedicated OR access at affiliated community hospital. Integrated EPIC EMR across clinic and hospital. Flexible practice structure with autonomy. Collegial, team-oriented environment with strong support staff.
