Position Overview
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join an expanding orthopedic practice in Virginia’s Northern Neck region. The role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive, patient-centered environment with strong hospital alignment and surgical access.
The position includes both operative and non-operative management of orthopedic conditions while serving a well-established referral base.
Qualifications / Candidate Requirements
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school
* Completion of Orthopedic Surgery residency
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
* Fellowship training in a subspecialty such as joint replacement, sports medicine, or trauma preferred
* Ability to obtain a Virginia medical license
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
Position Highlights / Opportunity Highlights
* Monday–Friday outpatient schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
* Comprehensive orthopedic care including sports injuries, fractures, arthritis, and musculoskeletal conditions
* Mix of non-operative treatments and advanced surgical procedures
* Established referral network within a regional health system
* Specialty orthopedic and sports medicine practice serving the Northern Neck community
* Practice located adjacent to hospital for convenient surgical access
Compensation & Benefits
