The facility maintains a Level 4 trauma designation and offers modern surgical facilities with flexible scheduling options to support both patient care and provider preferences.
Opportunity:
Physician - Orthopaedic Surgery
Job Details:
• Provide orthopedic surgery coverage starting June 1, 2026 with ongoing needs
• Monday OR schedule from 7am-3pm (or earlier completion)
• Tuesday-Thursday clinic days from 8am-5pm with flexible start/end times (9am-4pm options available)
• Handle 12-15 patient encounters per shift focusing on bread and butter orthopedics
• Flexible scheduling options including half-time (2-3 days per week) or 1 week on/1 week off rotations
• Optional call coverage available: 8 days per month including weekends
• Weekday call: 5pm-7am, Weekend call: 7am-7am
• Guaranteed 8 hours per day with overtime after 8 hours
• Preferred skills include arthroscopy, total joint replacements (hip/knee), joint revision/repair, hand procedures, and tendon release/repair
• Must maintain active Oregon medical license and DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency required
• BLS certification required
• 90-day credentialing timeframe - early application submission essential
