Join a well-established, high-performing orthopedic group at a Level III Trauma Center with a strong reputation for clinical excellence. This hospital-employed position offers immediate volume, dedicated block time, and unique teaching opportunities across five residency programs — rare for a community hospital setting.

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
- General orthopedics with a focus on total joints
- Dedicated block time with 24/7 anesthesia coverage
- Immediate volume — be busy day one
- Joining a well-established group known for excellence
- Shared call with an experienced team
- Office space with on-site X-ray
- Dedicated medical assistant from day one
- Strong PCP and specialist referral network
- Experienced APC clinical and administrative support
- Teaching opportunities across five residency programs
- Level III Trauma Center affiliation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Generous base salary with bonus incentives
- Sign-on / commencement bonus
- Medical education repayment assistance (up to $100K)

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Experience preferred — open to new graduates
