Academic Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity – Inpatient & Outpatient Practice
Location: Lexington, NC - Winston-Salem 20m
Setting: Academic / Teaching
Employment Type: Full-Time, permanent position
Position Highlights
* Mix of inpatient and outpatient orthopedic care
* Interest in hand conditions preferred but not required
* Teaching opportunities with residents and fellows
* Optional participation in clinical and laboratory research
* Team includes 4 orthopedic surgeons, 1 non-operative physician, and 3 advanced practice providers
* General orthopedic call: 6 days per month with APP and fellow support
* EPIC EMR
* Access to DAX Copilot for AI-assisted documentation
* Collaborative, physician-led environment
Qualifications
* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
* Eligible for North Carolina medical license
