TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on joint replacement to serve a significant community need in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina. Fellowship training in arthroplasty or equivalent clinical experience is preferred.
The incoming surgeon will join a large, well-established orthopedic service line that supports comprehensive orthopedic care across Eastern North Carolina.

Schedule: Full-time
Team: Established practice with 3 surgeons and 3 Physician Assistants
Setting: Outpatient clinic, onsite imaging, physical therapy, and surgical privileges
Role Highlights
Employment through a large regional physician group
Privileges at a local hospital serving a multi-county region
Opportunity available due to retirement
Co-located clinic and rehab department with 7 therapists, 5 therapy assistants, and an in-ground therapy pool
Established total joint program with a designated orthopedic and total joint floor
Built-in referral network and strong community demand
Shared call rotation
Extensive specialty care support including cardiology, nephrology, general surgery, urology, critical care, and wound care
Strong alignment with a regional orthopedic trauma team and system-wide orthopedic service line
Easy access to Interstate 95—1.5 hours from both Richmond, VA and the Research Triangle (Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill)
Close to Lake Gaston, offering excellent work-life balance
