• Seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with required experience or training in total joint replacement (knee and hip) to join a growing Orthopedics team in Southeastern Illinois
• Competitive compensation range: $650,000–$700,000, based on experience and qualifications
• Minimally invasive training or experience is preferred
• Join a full-service Orthopedic practice with a dedicated Orthopedic Surgery APP and experienced support staff serving the Southeastern Illinois region
• Block OR time and dedicated clinic hours at a single location for maximum efficiency and continuity of care
• Hospital offers comprehensive surgical services including General, Oncology, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Urology, and Podiatry
• Strong outpatient therapy services, home health, and “swing bed” inpatient rehabilitation support for post-operative recovery
• Must be willing to reside in and actively engage with the local community
