Job Details:
• Join a well-established, multi-specialty clinic located on the hospital campus • Collaborate with two current orthopedic surgeons and other primary care providers • Provide high-quality orthopedic care with flexibility to shape your practice • Conduct patient consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures • Perform inpatient hospital care or collaborate with hospitalist teams for coverage • Participate in flexible call rotation and weekend coverage • Use Epic EMR system for documentation and in-basket management • Work closely with tenured CRNA team and on-campus specialty support • Practice in a high HPSA score location (eligible for J1 visa sponsorship) • Maintain a high level of alertness and safety in all aspects of care • Must have Missouri license (or willing to obtain) • Requires 2 years of experience in Orthopedic Surgery (2-5 years highly preferred) • Must obtain DEA and CSR/CDS prior to start • J1 visa candidates welcome • $50,000 signing bonus offered • Up to $100,000 student loan repayment support over five years • $2,000 per month residency or fellowship stipend available • Relocation assistance provided • Annual quality and efficiency bonus available • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Two-year guaranteed base salary starting at $600,000+, based on skills and experience.
