Position Overview:
Join a well-managed, and rapidly growing orthopedic program in Tucson, Arizona, offering comprehensive support, advanced technology, and a collaborative team environment for optimal work/life balance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years post-training experience in orthopedic surgery.
Completion of a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction is required.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
Eligible for medical licensure in Arizona.
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time, employed position with a focus on adult hip and joint reconstruction.
Split practice: approximately 60% outpatient clinic and 40% surgical responsibilities.
Participate in both practice and ER call coverage.
Manage an average clinic census of 25 patients per day and perform 8–12 surgeries per week.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Utilize advanced equipment, including MAKO robotic technology.
Contribute to the continued expansion of a rapidly growing orthopedic program.
