TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO) to join a growing, hospital-owned orthopedic practice at an independent community hospital in Clinton, North Carolina. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a balanced clinic and OR schedule, strong infrastructure, and direct access to inpatient and outpatient services.

Schedule
Clinic: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
OR: Tuesday and Thursday
Fridays: Alternating every other week, with clinic hours from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or OR coverage
Overall Clinic Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation
Practice Details
Patient volume of approximately 20–30 patients per clinic day.
General orthopedic case mix.
Sports Medicine interest or experience is a plus but not required.
New, hospital-owned clinic located directly across from the hospital for convenient inpatient and outpatient coordination.
Team & Support
Dedicated Orthopedic Physician Assistant in clinic Monday–Friday.
Support staff includes:
2 Medical Assistants
Radiology Technician
In-house Diagnostic Scheduler
Strong collaboration with hospital leadership and ancillary departments.
Facilities & Technology
9 exam rooms and 1 procedure room.
In-house diagnostic testing and X-ray.
Hospital-owned Outpatient Diagnostics Center with advanced imaging.
On-site Rehabilitation Center providing comprehensive physical therapy services.
Qualifications & Requirements
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon (MD/DO).
All required certifications must be through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Ability to provide general orthopedic care.
Compensation & Benefits
