Base Salary: $700,000+ (based on experience, MGMA-guided). 3-Year Income Guarantee. CME Time + Annual Stipend. Malpractice Coverage Provided. Hospital Employee . Full Benefits Package (Health, Vision, Dental, 403b). Meditech EMR (transitioning to Epic). 60-bed Level III Hospital with 24/7 ED and Air Medical Access. Strong internal referrals with a growing service area of 110,000+. Work in a high-tech, newly built surgical suite alongside experienced colleagues. Located in a vibrant Midwest city known for friendly people, low cost of living, and family-centered values. No state income tax!.
